Oven-baked Wagyu Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- (4) Bell peppers (any color)
- (2 tbsp) Olive oil
- (1 lb) Flying 4F Ranch wagyu ground beef
- (1) Medium onion, diced
- (3) Garlic cloves, chopped
- (1 1/2 cup) Cooked rice
- (2 cups) Marinara sauce, divided
- (1/2 cup) Fresh parsley, chopped
- (1 cup) Shredded cheese (pepper jack, mozzarella, munster)
- (1/2 cup) Grated parmesan
- (1 tsp) Smoked paprika
- (To taste) Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Prep the Peppers
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
2. Cook the Beef
In skillet, cook Flying 4F Ranch Wagyu beef until mostly browned. Season and set aside.
3. Sauté the Veggies
Add 1 Tablespoon to skillet and cook onion and garlic until soft.
4. Make the Filling
Stir in rice, 1 cup marinara, half parsley, half shredded cheese, Parmesan, smoked paprika, and cooked beef.
5. Stuff the Peppers
Fill peppers with mixture.
6. Add Toppings
Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
7. Bake Covered
Cover with foil; bake 20 minutes.
8. Bake Uncovered
Uncover; bake 15–20 minutes until peppers tender and cheese browned.
9. Garnish & Serve
Garnish with remaining parsley and serve.
