Ingredients

  • (1 lb) Baby red or Yukon gold potatoes, diced small
  • (1 tbsp) Olive oil
  • (1/2 tsp) Garlic powder
  • (1/2 tsp) Smoked paprika
  • (To taste) Salt and black pepper
  • (1 lb) Flying 4F Ranch Akaushi ground beef
  • (1) Small yellow onion, diced
  • (To taste) Salt and pepper
  • (Pinch) Cajun seasoning (optional)
  • (1/2 cup) Mayonnaise
  • (1/4 cup) Ketchup
  • (1 tbsp) Yellow or Dijon mustard
  • (1/2 tsp) Cajun seasoning or smoked paprika
  • (1-2 cups) Shredded cheddar, Colby Jack, or warm cheese sauce
  • (2 cups) Iceberg lettuce or mixed greens, chopped
  • (Garnish) Pickles
  • (Garnish) Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Air fry 16-18 minutes, shaking halfway, or roast 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the onions and beef
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef in chunks and let it brown undisturbed for 1-2 minutes. Smash the beef into the pan with a spatula to create crispy edges. Add diced onion and cook 5-7 minutes, until beef is browned and onions are soft. Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning if using.
  3. To make the sauce stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  4. Assemble the bowls by starting with lettuce, then add crispy potatoes, smashed beef and onions, cheese, pickles, and a drizzle of burger sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.
