- (1-2 cups) Shredded cheddar, Colby Jack, or warm cheese sauce
- (2 cups) Iceberg lettuce or mixed greens, chopped
- (Garnish) Pickles
- (Garnish) Fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
- Cook the potatoes
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Air fry 16-18 minutes, shaking halfway, or roast 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. - Cook the onions and beef
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef in chunks and let it brown undisturbed for 1-2 minutes. Smash the beef into the pan with a spatula to create crispy edges. Add diced onion and cook 5-7 minutes, until beef is browned and onions are soft. Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning if using. - To make the sauce stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
- Assemble the bowls by starting with lettuce, then add crispy potatoes, smashed beef and onions, cheese, pickles, and a drizzle of burger sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.
