Akaushi Beef Stir-Fry

Asian Stir-Fry: Quick, colorful, and totally customizable, this stir fry is your go to weeknight dinner. Serve over rice or noodles.

Ingredients
- (1 lb.) Akaushi Stir-Fry Beef (thinly sliced)
- (2 cups) Mixed veggies (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots—whatever you like)
- (2 cloves) Garlic, minced
- (1 tbsp.) Oil
- Sauce:
- (1 tbsp) Soy sauce
- (1 tbsp) Honey or Brown Sugar
- (1 tsp) Sesame Oil
- (1 tsp) Cornstarch (for that glossy sauce)
- (1/4 cup) Water
Directions
Instructions:
1. In a bowl add soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, sesame oil. Whisk and marinate Akaushi Stir-Fry Beef for 30 minutes.
2. Heat Avocado oil in a pan (high heat) I use Primal Kitchen or Chosen brands, both have a high smoke point.
3. Add beef → cook 2–3 mins until browned, then remove. Reserve sauce for later.
4. Toss in veggies + garlic → cook ~3–4 mins
5. Add beef back in
6. Pour sauce → stir for 2–3 mins. Add cornstarch and stir until thickened
👉 Serve over rice or noodles
🔥 Quick tips:
• Slice beef thin against the grain = super tender
• High heat = restaurant-style flavor
• Don’t overcrowd the pan (or it’ll steam instead of sear)
