Our Akaushi Cattle, also know as Red Wagyu, are carefully bred for exceptional Wagyu genetics and superior quality. Akaushi cattle are also known as Japanese Brown, a premium Japanese breed originating from Kumamoto, one of the four Wagyu breeds.
The heart of our program is JMK Outback 298D, a direct son of the legendary TWA Kotsukari, whose linage continues to elevate and strengthen our herd. Akaushi beef is known around the world for its exceptional flavor, tenderness, and remarkable marbling. One of the most distinctive characteristics of Akaushi beef is its intramuscular marbling. These fine flecks of fat are evenly distributed throughout the muscle rather than concentrated on the outside of the cut.
